At JD World Tours, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy. 1. Cancellation by the Customer

Advance Bookings (30 days or more before departure): If you cancel 30 days or more before the departure date, a full refund will be processed, less any non-refundable expenses (such as booking fees, permits, and deposits) incurred by JD World Tours.

Cancellations within 15-29 Days of Departure: Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to departure will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total package amount.

Cancellations within 7-14 Days of Departure: Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a 25% refund.

Cancellations Less than 7 Days Before Departure: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Due to Medical or Emergencies

3. Cancellation by JD World Tours

Tour Cancellations or Modifications: If JD World Tours cancels or modifies your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative tour option. You may choose between rescheduling the tour or receiving a full refund if our alternate arrangements do not meet your needs.
4. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used during booking.

Please note that some banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Some fees and items, such as entrance fees, visa fees, permits, and other government-related expenses, are non-refundable, as they are beyond our control.
