  • Any expenses of personal nature like tips, phone calls, fax, internet, games,sauna, and steam, Jacuzzi, laundry, extra vehicle hire, bar, room heaters,discotheque or any other.
  • Pony/horse rides, boat rides, safaris, rafting charges, skiing/skating, and cable car/ropeway rides etc.,
  • Extra food or beverages ordered or taken in hotel restaurant or room exceptbuffet meal plan.
  • Entrance fees at any monument and guide charges, wherever applicable.
  • Additional sightseeing tours and excursions. All major sightseeing will be coveronce during sightseeing.
  • Vehicle will be allowed up to parking points & last possible points. (Subject to road & gov. conditions)
  • Manikaran Sightseeing is not included in this cost; you will have to pay extra &directly if you would like to cover it.
  • Atal Tunnel & Rothang pass Sightseeing is not include in this package cost dueto Local trasportation union. All guest are requested to hire vehicle fromrespective Hotel or Resort by direct payment Basis.

  • Kindly note that in Hill Station AC (Air Condition) will not work during driving& Ac do not operate standing position.
 
Terms & Conditions
  • Hotel rooms are subject to availability, on verbal confirmation rooms will be blocked (if available) for two days. In case of non-payment of booking advance (which is 50%) the rooms will automatically be released after two days.
  • The itinerary is tentative, the days and timings may be changed depending upon the ferry and boat availability.
  • All guests who ever going to visit Havelock & Neil Island, whether day trip or overnight trip are required to carry their ID Proofs.
  • All hotels in Andaman have an early check in time and late checkout is subject to availability.
  • The car provided is only for pick up and drop or as per itinerary any extra usage will be chargeable extra.
  • All the activities at Andaman begin at a specific time and the car would arrive at the allotted time as informed by our representative. Request you to please be ready at the time allotted.
  • Any tour cancellation depends upon the weather or natural disorder. We will try our best to provide alternative tour.
  • Please note that you are visiting a place which has limited facilities and therefore you may have some inconvenience although we would try our best to make your tour hassle free.
Cancellation
  • All services such as airline seats, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, and local sightseeing are pre-blocked and paid to suppliers in advance. Therefore, the tour amount will remain non-refundable, depending on the number of days before the passenger cancels the tour.
  • If you wish to cancel your tour, you must inform us in writing.
  • Cancellation will attract charges as per the below policy, which includes administration charges and other expenses.
  • Service tax or any government tax will not be refundable under any circumstances.
  • 60 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure date - Apart from flight ticket value, remaining amount shall be refunded.
  • 15-0 Days prior to Departure date - no refund shall be granted.
