Surface transportation from pick up till drop Chandigarh to Chandigarh roundtrip and local sightseeing as per the itinerary by individual Vehicle as perfamily.
Vehicle cost is including all fuel charges, Driver allowance, Border tax and TollTax, Parking and entry charges which is applicable as on day of quotation.
Child below 5 Years is complimentary without extra bed with same meal plan in parent's room.
Charges for Extra adult and child are including with extra bed and same mealplan with parents room.
Maximum 1 Extra bed can be accommodating in each room.

Any Airfare / Train fare is not included in the package cost.
Any expenses of personal nature like tips, phone calls, fax, internet, games,sauna, and steam, Jacuzzi, laundry, extra vehicle hire, bar, room heaters,discotheque or any other.
Pony/horse rides, boat rides, safaris, rafting charges, skiing/skating, and cable car/ropeway rides etc.,
Extra food or beverages ordered or taken in hotel restaurant or room exceptbuffet meal plan.
Entrance fees at any monument and guide charges, wherever applicable.
Additional sightseeing tours and excursions. All major sightseeing will be coveronce during sightseeing.
Vehicle will be allowed up to parking points & last possible points. (Subject to road & gov. conditions)
Manikaran Sightseeing is not included in this cost; you will have to pay extra &directly if you would like to cover it.
Atal Tunnel & Rothang pass Sightseeing is not include in this package cost dueto Local trasportation union. All guest are requested to hire vehicle fromrespective Hotel or Resort by direct payment Basis.

Kindly note that in Hill Station AC (Air Condition) will not work during driving& Ac do not operate standing position.

Hotel rooms are subject to availability, on verbal confirmation rooms will be blocked (if available) for two days. In case of non-payment of booking advance (which is 50%) the rooms will automatically be released after two days.
The itinerary is tentative, the days and timings may be changed depending upon the ferry and boat availability.
All guests who ever going to visit Havelock & Neil Island, whether day trip or overnight trip are required to carry their ID Proofs.
All hotels in Andaman have an early check in time and late checkout is subject to availability.
The car provided is only for pick up and drop or as per itinerary any extra usage will be chargeable extra.
All the activities at Andaman begin at a specific time and the car would arrive at the allotted time as informed by our representative. Request you to please be ready at the time allotted.
Any tour cancellation depends upon the weather or natural disorder. We will try our best to provide alternative tour.
Please note that you are visiting a place which has limited facilities and therefore you may have some inconvenience although we would try our best to make your tour hassle free.

All services such as airline seats, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, and local sightseeing are pre-blocked and paid to suppliers in advance. Therefore, the tour amount will remain non-refundable, depending on the number of days before the passenger cancels the tour.
If you wish to cancel your tour, you must inform us in writing.
Cancellation will attract charges as per the below policy, which includes administration charges and other expenses.
Service tax or any government tax will not be refundable under any circumstances.
60 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure date - Apart from flight ticket value, remaining amount shall be refunded.
15-0 Days prior to Departure date - no refund shall be granted.
